In 1954, we inherited “taste” in this Hakata for three generations in Shintomicho, Shimokawabata, and
Nishinakasu.
We have tried to make the delicious ingredients of Fukuoka and Hakata even more delicious, and we have cherished the tradition and taste that we have inherited for generations.
